Our annual maintenance charges will be kept in line with our set charges for our own installed systems, i.e. no extra cost for take over.

Guaranteeing all our systems for 12 months (excluding commercial properties).

 

All systems maintained annually (twice per annum if a monitored system) by appointment with customer (weekends, if preferred, at no extra cost).

If there is a fault in any of our systems' components, it is our policy to replace them free of charge (excluding damage or misuse).

Replacing all batteries within 5 years.

Guaranteeing to conceal at least 90% of all the system's cables.

Having engineers on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Just because you may have a problem with your alarm, it doesn't necessarily mean you have to have receive a visit from us. O’Brien Security will initially consult with you over the phone and help you resolve the problem immediately (without waiting for a technician) wherever possible. This service is free of charge to our existing customers.
