Take-over Systems
Perhaps your present alarm system is not covered by a maintenance contract, or perhaps the costs and charges are excessive. Maybe the alarm needs modification or upgrading.Features we can guarantee:
- Any take-over system will automatically have brand new external sounds/decoy sounders fitted at no extra cost.
- We guarantee same day service to all faults reported and within a maximum of 4 hours if outside normal working hours.
- Take-over systems will have complete recommissioning and new system documentation issued as standard.
- Any modifications/upgrades we recommend to the system will be submitted in writing with costs prior to take-over.
- Your system will have a brand new battery fitted in the Control Panel, as standard, and at no extra cost.
- All systems maintained annually (twice per annum if a monitored system) by appointment with customer (weekends, if preferred, at no extra cost).
- The annual maintenance charges will be kept in line with our set charges for our own installed systems, i.e. no extra cost for take over.
- Annual charges fixed for a minimum of three years.
- Our contracts provide for comprehensive cover, including parts.
- Although we carry spears for most systems, if we don't have a replacement we will fit a new alternative.
